In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law") and related legislation, we, Amazing Teknoloji ve Pazarlama A.Ş., as the data controller, would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

The following categories of personal data are processed through the GoTradeGo platform:

• Personal information: First name, last name , username
• Contact information: Email address, phone number
• Commercial data: Company name, tax identification number, product/service lists, export-import information.
• Transaction security data: IP address, device ID, session information.
• Financial data: In-Platform Service Credit purchase history, billing information.
• Message metadata: Communication frequency and timing (content encrypted)

 

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

• Platform membership and identity verification.
• Provision of a bilateral trade marketplace service.
• In-Platform Service Credit system and in-app purchase transactions
• Providing AI services through Google Gemini integration.
• User security and fraud prevention.
• Fulfillment of legal obligations
• Improving service quality

 

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through application registration forms, profile updates, in-app transactions, and automated technical tools ( logging systems).

Legal basis:

• Law Article 5/2-a: Explicit consent (Gemini AI, marketing communications)
• Article 5/2-c of the Law: Formation and performance of the contract.
• Article 5/2-c of the Law: Fulfillment of legal obligations.
• Article 5/2-f of the Law: Legitimate interest (service development, security)

 

4. Parties to Whom Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes

• Google LLC: Gemini AI infrastructure — based on explicit consent.
• Apple Inc. / Google Inc .: In-app purchase and application distribution — as per contract.
• Authorized public institutions and judicial authorities — legal requirement
• Legal advisors and auditors — subject to confidentiality agreement.

 

5. Personal Data Retention Period

• Membership data: Until account is deleted + 3 years
• Financial records: 10 years (as required by the Tax Procedure Law)
• Security logs : 6 months
• Messaging metadata: Account active duration + 1 year

 

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Law Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed.
• Requesting information about your processed data.
• To understand the purpose of data processing and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.
• Knowing the domestic or foreign third parties to whom the data is transferred.
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
• Requesting deletion/destruction within the scope of Article 7 of the Law.
• Requesting that the actions taken be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
• Challenging a result obtained exclusively through automated systems.
• Claiming compensation for damages incurred due to an unlawful act.

 

7. Application Method

You can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "KVKK Data Subject Application". Your application should include your full name, Turkish Republic ID number (or passport number if you are a foreign national), notification address, the subject of your request, and any supporting documents. Applications will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
