In-Platform Service Credit Package Purchases

1. Parties

Buyer: The user who purchased the In-Platform Service Credit package on the GoTradeGo application (name, address, and contact information in the registration details will be used as the basis).

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Buyer's purchase of an In-Platform Service Credit package via the GoTradeGo mobile application and is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

 

3. Service Features

The buyer purchases an In-Platform Service Credit package within the GoTradeGo application. In-Platform Service Credits are virtual units used to access the messaging feature within the application.

  • In-Platform Service Credit packages are digital content.
  • Purchased In-Platform Service Credits will be instantly added to your Platform account.
  • In-Platform Service Credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred to another platform or user.

 

4. Price and Payment

In-Platform Service Credit package prices are displayed within the app in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD), including taxes . In-app purchases are handled through the Apple App. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store platform; payment terms are subject to the respective platform rules.

Prices are subject to change by the Company without prior notice.

 

5. Delivery

The In-Platform Service Credit package will be credited to your account instantly after payment confirmation. In case of technical issues, the problem will be resolved within 24 hours at the latest; if it cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

6.1. In accordance with Article 48 of the Law on Consumer Protection and Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to digital content and services if performance has commenced with the Buyer's consent and knowledge.

6.2. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes, having been explicitly and previously informed, that the In-Platform Service Credit will be instantly credited to their account upon completion of the purchase, and therefore waives their right of withdrawal.

6.3. The right to withdraw from the contract and return packages that cannot be delivered due to technical malfunctions is reserved.

 

7. Complaints and Disputes

In case of a dispute, you can first contact [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you can apply to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Courts.

The competent court and enforcement office is: Aydın Courts and Enforcement Offices.

 

8. Entry into force

This Agreement becomes mutually binding upon the Buyer's confirmation of the purchase.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Buyer's purchase of an In-Platform Service Credit package via the GoTradeGo mobile application and is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

 

3. Service Features

The buyer purchases an In-Platform Service Credit package within the GoTradeGo application. In-Platform Service Credits are virtual units used to access the messaging feature within the application.

  • In-Platform Service Credit packages are digital content.
  • Purchased In-Platform Service Credits will be instantly added to your Platform account.

6.2. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes, having been explicitly and previously informed, that the In-Platform Service Credit will be instantly credited to their account upon completion of the purchase, and therefore waives their right of withdrawal.

6.3. The right to withdraw from the contract and return packages that cannot be delivered due to technical malfunctions is reserved.
