Women Entrepreneurship Is Not a Choice, but a Model of Transformation.
For many years, the image that came to mind when thinking about entrepreneurship was that of a risk-taker, courageous, aggressive, and powerful man. Entrepreneurship was defined as a "masculine playground." Women either did not participate in this field at all or were limited to roles defined only by the label of "female entrepreneur."
But today the world is at a different juncture. Women's entrepreneurship has become a driving force not only for economic development but also for a radical transformation of business practices.
Because women now:
We are establishing value-oriented business models , not just profit-oriented ones.
It aims not only for growth, but also for improvement ,
It cares not only about market share, but also about its social impact .
And this transformation has become more of a necessity than a choice.
The economy , sustainability , and social development can no longer progress by excluding women's leadership.
Supporting women's entrepreneurship is a strategic necessity , not only for equality but also for sustaining the business world of tomorrow.
So, how ready is the system for this transformation?
We will continue to ask and discuss this question. In this series of articles, I will address many different perspectives on women's entrepreneurship, the vision of expanding from Turkey to the world , and moving beyond traditional patterns.
